Conversion of part of the Old Aeroworks factory originally home to the Palmer Tyre Company and following the Post Modern intervention of Terry Farrell Architects.  Various parts of the complex were redeveloped to provide residential loft flats on the fringe of Maida Vale.  A light touch, modern intervention also included erection of a new penthouse surmounted the corner tower with a floating roof and wrap around terrace.  The trussed roof form at 4th floor level provides several of the most unique living spaces.
