A client with rich and bold taste contributed to realising a unique dwelling in Queen's Park. Separate side and rear extensions to the outrigger resulted in a large living space with carefully balanced zones for cooking, dining and lounging. The material palette incorporated unique imported tiling, polished concrete and recycled cupboard units. The small urban garden is complemented by a large roof terrace accessed from the new loft dormer.
