Ferncroft Avenue

Phase I of the intended full house refurbishment which has been completed primarily comprised work forming a new basement storey from an existing partial height undercroft.  Removal of an unsympathetic rear outrigger allowed improvement of the rear aspect and creation of a new expanded kitchen at ground floor level. Redesign of the front and rear gardens and formation of a new side alley have significantly enhanced the livability of the house for its young family.  The semi-underground level of the basement is accessed via extension of the central stairwell.  A new family living and games room to the rear opens onto a landscaped lightwell and provides a roof terrace above with direct access from the kitchen and lounge.
