The project comprised the complete strip-out and refurbishment of an Art Deco mansion flat in Belsize Park. A bespoke sprinkler system and fire rated sliding wall panels enabled the layout to be altered to maximise the potential of an enfilade of reception spaces in the 3 bedroom unit. Custom designed joinery and high quality finishes provide a minimalist canvas for display of the owners' art and furniture collections.
