Beresford Road

Often the most interesting project comes from the least promising property in a road.  This detached dwelling derives from the comprehensive alteration and extension of a c1970 building in the middle of an Edwardian terrace.  Front and rear extensions alter the flow of the space, raising part of the 1st floor level provides a dramatic vaulted living volume and new materials including timber cladding and a zinc roof completely alter the aesthetic quality of the dwelling.
