Extension of this Grade II listed cottage in the Hampstead Garden Suburb was granted subject to the infamously restrictive parameters of the HGS Trust and Barnet Planning.  The rear outrigger was widened and complemented by an open plan kitchen in the timber clad side extension.  A fluid internal layout at ground floor incorporated built in joinery and new finishes.  New space was also provided through conversion of the generous loft space.
