Ainsdale Road

A mute, timber clad facade provides little indication of the light filled courtyard hidden behind. Planning consent for a duplex house was granted by Ealing Council for this back garden site by minimising the visual impact on neighbours and to the street scene. Generous living spaces are integrated with external garden space, set partially on the roof of bedrooms below ground. Careful orientation ensures that all rooms enjoy abundant daylight including the 3 bedrooms opening onto an intimate garden.
